- To place an order PLEASE either: download our Order Form, print it and fax it to 262-790-9043 (24 hours, 7 days a week), Email the order to walterswim@sbcgobal.net,
send/ fax a Purchase Order, or call us at 800-558-0428.
**Please note: Our website and email are NOT secure sites. Please do not
email us with your credit card info when placing an email/credit card order.
For your safety, please either call the credit card information to us at

- Pricing is valid for the 2005 fiscal year. Towards the
end of the summer season, many manufacturers will change their pricing. For the most
accurate and up-to-date pricing, please call us at 800-558-0428.
- Written quotes must be requested
in written form and either emailed or faxed to Walters' Swim Supplies.
- Customer is responsible for furnishing accurate shipping
information. Customer will be charged for
any charges related to any inaccurate shipping instructions.
- Walters' keeps a wide variety of swimming and pool related
merchandise in stock. Turnaround time for orders is usually 1-2 days. Depending on
availabilty, Walters' usually ships orders upon the same day of recieving them. If an item
isn't normally stocked, or items are currently out of stock, the balance of an order or
any specialty items will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer upon their availability.
- Walters' will not invoice an order until the
complete order is filled and all shipping is confirmed.
- Walters' will ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Orders for
Alaska or Hawaii will ship UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air - No Exceptions.
