Any personalized embroidery of team items MUST be accompanied by a clear TYPED list of names that corresponds to the garments being customized. The list you furnish Walters' is the list that will be used by the printer or embroiderer. Walters' Swim Supplies will NOT retype or process orders when such a list is not furnished by a team.
Customizing only lasts as long as it maintained. Pool chemicals and the care of the garment will affect the lasting ability of the customizing!
Christmas customizing orders MUST be placed before Thanksgiving in order to have any chance of Christmas delivery.
If we receive camera ready art which only needs sizing, there will be no art charge. If we need to correct files, create images or search for images, there will be a $50.00 per 1/2 hour charge.
Artwork - vectored files are preferred however, rasterized files are acceptable. We accept files in .tif, .ai, .eps, and .jpg. When sending art on a CD or via email, please make sure all images are no less than 120 dpi at 100% their size. If the art needs to be enlarged, please send at 300 dpi. If you are mailing or bringing in original art, please make sure that it is crisp, clean and clear.
